I'm Mario Tronca, an economist, FIFA-licensed football agent, and founder of More Than Calcio.
After building my career in business and finance, I decided to bring together two of my passions: strategy and football. That vision led to the creation of More Than Calcio, an agency built around a different approach to sports representation.
I believe a footballer's career is defined by far more than the 90 minutes on the pitch. It is shaped by decisions, opportunities, relationships, and long-term planning. My role is to guide each player throughout that journey, representing their interests both on and off the pitch.
